For all your questions about housing, insurance, health, telephone contracts, the environment, etc., the association Consommation Logement et Cadre de Vie (CLCV) is there to help. This national association is independent. It has been active in the Puy-de-Dôme since 1975. It helps consumers and users to resolve the various conflicts they may encounter on a daily basis, and to assert their rights. The association's offices are open every week, including one in Issoire on Tuesdays.
