Its name refers to the ancient city of Clermont. This charming little place honors local producers in its homemade cuisine. It's a pleasant place to take a break, brunch at weekends and enjoy the excellent artisanal Sancy ice creams on hot summer days. The flavors are varied, sometimes original: figs/honey, cinnamon, blueberries, verbena liqueur... Pastries, crêpes and chocolates also delight gourmets.
