After the success of Australian Coffee, Gaëtan and his wife Bronwyn had the good idea of taking over La Perdrix and changing its name. It's all about hops and malt. The establishment is brimming with original beers from all over the world, all tested before being put on the menu. A selection of spirits, rums and whiskies is also on offer. The ovens have been rekindled to offer dishes such as fish and chips. Evening concerts, matches and quizzes are held regularly. Service is provided at the bar. The basement bar is well worth a visit. Fifteen taffy machines spread over two counters!

After having heard of a new bar/restaurant with Irish concept opened on Clermont, we decided to try Salvation Jane Pub. A warm welcome and friendly service, but for the price you a nice meal more furnished and original, one resort and you are still hungry, even after ordered a dish '' snack extra. Also prohibition to leave with a drink to smoke. Ultimately, that changes a little but the Irish concept is not felt. Quite disappointing compared to our expectations.
