Bel hôtel en centre ville.
Parking public facile d'accès et prix correct
Chambre très sympa
Hôtel très propre.
Acceuil très sympathique, le staff est vraiment professionnel
Petit déjeuner buffet très bien avec une ouverture à 6h30 qui permet de partir assez tôt
J'ai eu droit à un upgrade dû au statut platinum

J'ai eu un bruit terrible provenant du système de chauffage/ventilation (signalé à la réception et non réparé). J'ai utilisé cet hôtel plusieurs fois - c'était la première fois que j'avais des problèmes de ce genre. De plus, comme toujours, il n'a pas été possible d'obtenir un surclassement avec mon abonnement.... Je commence à me demander si le surclassement avec l'adhésion est réel...

Hôtel très bien situé sur la place de Jaude, place principale. Les grandes baies vitrées permettent d'admirer toute la place, c'est sympathique et très agréable. La chambre est très bien entretenue, et rien ne manque. Le petit déjeuner buffet est complet, et j' ajoute que la gentillesse et le service du personnel aux petits soins est remarquable. C'est calme et très fonctionnel pour séjourner à Clermont-Ferrand, je recommande.
