The residence Les Lauréades has nearly 120 studios. Its advantage? The aparthotel is located in the heart of the city, right next to the Place de Jaude. Its rates are therefore interesting for such a location. The studios are bright and simply decorated, but clean and practical for those who need to stay with all the amenities, independent and without fuss for a few days or longer. Each one can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped mini-kitchen, a bed, a table, a desk, a bathroom and a toilet, all with wifi and air conditioning. Hotel services include breakfast, cleaning, laundry and photocopying.

La chambre était propre, parfaitement insonorisée. L'équipement est peut être un peu minimaliste cependant.
Par contre le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop cher : peu de choix, les produits ne sont pas forcément mis en valeur et accessibles (jambon et fromage dans un frigo sous celophane). Enfin, la salle n'est pas adaptée et beaucoup trop petite, ce qui impose de réserver un créneau horaire.
