Large apartment-hotel in the heart of the city.

The residence Les Lauréades has nearly 120 studios. Its advantage? The aparthotel is located in the heart of the city, right next to the Place de Jaude. Its rates are therefore interesting for such a location. The studios are bright and simply decorated, but clean and practical for those who need to stay with all the amenities, independent and without fuss for a few days or longer. Each one can accommodate up to three people and has a fully equipped mini-kitchen, a bed, a table, a desk, a bathroom and a toilet, all with wifi and air conditioning. Hotel services include breakfast, cleaning, laundry and photocopying.

Personnel de nuit pas pressé du tout a l'accueil !!! une queue interminable des dizaines de personnes dans les circulations et dans le passage de l'entrée !!! Très pratique quand vous arrivez avec vos bagages !!!

L'hotel est bien placé a deux pas de la cathedrale et juste a coté du carrefour, mais la chambre est décevante, grande mais avec une chasse d'eau qui fuit et une literie désagreable (plus un protege lit qu'un drap et une housse tres synthetique).
