Chef Manh Ha Doan continues to seduce us with his modern, creative cuisine at his new restaurant in La Pardieu.
Following on from Le 62 and Buumii, Le Tamarinier is the latest addition from chef Manh Ha Doan and his wife Uyen. Located in the new La Pardieu business district, its modern dining room reflects the dishes served. On the menu: shrimp carpaccio with an Asian-flavored mayonnaise, wakame salad or Iberian pluma with a virgin pig juice sauce. It was a true culinary escape, one that our taste buds still remember. We can't recommend it enough!
