MA de MA.DAM is Mathieu Joal and DAM is Damien Le Moine. The two friends have combined their experience to open their own restaurant. And it's a really good idea! The place is already well known to Clermont-Ferrand gourmets, as it was previously occupied by the Brasserie du Théâtre. A few brushstrokes and a new decor, and it's off to a new adventure... At lunchtime, a unique menu of refined, tasty dishes delights the taste buds. In the evening, à la carte dishes are available to share... or not!

Très bel équilibre dans les plats, assaisonnements justes, différentes textures (fondants, croquants, moelleux). Des plats très bien exécutés, une très belle surprise.
Un rapport qualité prix imbattable au déjeuner.
