Original cuisine by Stéphane Ranieri to enjoy on the terrace.

The Marcel-Michelin stadium needed an unusual establishment to complete it. L'En-But has a panoramic view of the ASM Clermont-Auvergne pitch on one side, and a panoramic view of the Chaîne des Puys on the other side of the covered terrace. Stéphane Ranieri is a Toque d'Auvergne chef and offers inventive, tasty cuisine. He and his team work exclusively with fresh seasonal produce. The restaurant is ideal for group meals. Service is friendly and attentive. The chef doesn't hesitate to chat with customers at the end of the service.

Nous avons dîné cette semaine à l’en-but et profité de leur menu Brennus.
Une suite de plats parfaitement cuisinée, gourmande, avec un accord mets et vins de qualité.
Le rapport qualité / prix est imbattable pour ce type de prestations.
Pour transformer l’essai : la cadre et la vue (selon l’endroit où vous serez placés) contribuent à passer un beau moment.

Cuisine traiteur pas plus. Un peu surfait, pas du niveau gastronomique, il restait du film alimentaire dans la ballotine de mon entrée, et globalement manque de twist dans les saveurs.
