L'Amphitryon Capucine offers a refined welcome to its guests in a cosy dining room and small lounge. In the kitchen, chef Christophe Kovaks offers gourmet cuisine of the highest standards. To give you an example of an original gourmet creation, let's mention for starters the langoustine tail snacked with a tartufata-scented risotto, for main courses the fricassee of summer sweetbreads with a tarragon crêpe, and for dessert the unstructured pina colada. Menus très raffiné avec belle présentation. Très bon de l’entrée au dessert.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, le Menu L’Esquisse était vraiment superbe. Le velouté de champignons à l’huile de truffe était magnifique, tout comme la crème glacée cabecou et le tartare de thon, de belles surprises tout au long du repas !

Toujours un immense plaisir que de venir en ce lieu. La nourriture y est exquise, l'accueil exemplaire et la Maîtresse de ce temple des saveurs est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un sans-faute!
