Spectacular cuisine from Quentin Brunet. He is such an impressive chef. I strongly recommend the eggs with Shiitake with the incredible truffle butter. Perfect service.

Les plats manquaient cruellement de saveur, le service était froid, et l’ambiance laissait à désirer. You are never disappointed in a star restaurant. This one is themed around local herbs and products. The full menu is 11 dishes. At lunch you can pick 4, 8, 9 or 11. The menu will tell you which dishes are skipped with each lower bracket. It's a very small room, reservation is a must. We picked 8 dishes and it was a little too much food at the end. Prices are standard for this type of quality establishments.
