Thanks to the Bourgès brothers, you can rediscover the spirit of the neighborhood bistro between Les Salins and Marcombes. Every lunchtime on weekdays, come and enjoy Thibaut's simple, well-cooked dishes based on French gastronomy. A vegetarian dish and a truffade are also on the menu. Everything is prepared with local produce: the meats come from the neighboring butcher's and the breads from l'Atelier Bon. In the dining room, the two brothers are accompanied by Boran Mao-Johnston, who offers a warm welcome. The café also welcomes gourmands for game nights and match broadcasts. The restaurant can be privatized. This is the place you've been missing in the Vallières district!
