Restaurant offering a traditional à la carte menu with velouté or poached egg as a starter.
It's a family affair, and you can feel it. For her restaurant, Eve Muetton, daughter of Claude, creator of Odevie, who used to work at Le Divin, enlisted her father's help. In the evening, the menu focuses on traditional dishes, revisited with exotic touches, such as coconut-curry snails, or umami tuna tataki contrasting with homemade trufade. For dessert, we can't resist the crunchy chocolate fondant or the summer-colored tiramisu. When it comes to wine, you'll have to go and rummage through "maman's cellar", where you'll find a fine selection of champagnes.
