Refined cuisine by chef Ludovic Raymond in a bistro on rue des Minimes.

After 5 years on Rue des Gras, Benjamin Brouilloux has decided to move his famous Bistrot d'à côté to the end of Rue des Minimes. A warm, modern decor dominated by wood, with an open kitchen helmed by Valentin Chambonnière: the flavors are judiciously blended and perfectly cooked. Enjoy goat's nougat with dried apricots, followed by squid tentacles and grilled cuttlefish... the evening menu changes every two months. Desserts are created by a pastry chef. Awarded a Bib Gourmand 2025, this bistro is an address not to be missed!

Ristorante segnalato Michelin ma con delusione legata a piatti non del livello indicato dalla guida. In particolare l’antipasto ( Maquerau juste cuit tomate melon granite) praticamente solo ghiaccio ed il dolce. Si salva il piatto principale. Peccato. Servizio adeguato. Stella molto lontana, per ora.

Tel Jésus applicant de la boue sur les yeux d'un aveugle pour lui rendre la vue, ce restaurant m'a fait déguster des produits qui m'ont fait retrouver le goût !

La qualité de leurs plats est sans pareil, leurs cocktails sont fabuleux.
