After 5 years on Rue des Gras, Benjamin Brouilloux has decided to move his famous Bistrot d'à côté to the end of Rue des Minimes. A warm, modern decor dominated by wood, with an open kitchen helmed by Valentin Chambonnière: the flavors are judiciously blended and perfectly cooked. Enjoy goat's nougat with dried apricots, followed by squid tentacles and grilled cuttlefish... the evening menu changes every two months. Desserts are created by a pastry chef. Awarded a Bib Gourmand 2025, this bistro is an address not to be missed!
