You don't change a recipe that works! Le Bougnat Burger has understood this well, and for several years now has been serving up burgers with Auvergne sauce and organic minced steaks that are as hearty as ever. The "Mefia te" is made with Saint-Nectaire cheese and ham, while the "Lo Vulcano" contains chili sauce... A vegetarian burger has also been added to the list. All steaks can be replaced by a potato patty. Beers are local. Fries are homemade and can be served with St. Nectaire or Bleu sauces.
