A French street-food restaurant, meaning with quality and local products. Here, the famous spit-roasted pig comes from a farm in Allier and the bread used for the sandwich comes from a bakery in Clermont-Ferrand. All of this is accompanied by a homemade white sauce and delicious double-cooked fries. Quality has a price, the bill is higher than at the fast-food restaurant, but the portions are very generous.
