There's no need to wait for the festive season to enjoy oysters and other seafood. And that's thanks to Bruno André, manager of the Coq Argenté, who, in collaboration with Breton oyster farmer Romain Le Jehan, has set up his oyster bar in the gourmet hall of the Marché Saint-Pierre. Shellfish are also cooked. We love mussels à la marinière, stuffed razor clams... A real bowl of iodine! The atmosphere is friendly and good-natured. If you're in a hurry, you can buy take-away to enjoy at home, with friends or family.
