At the beginning of May, the Henri-Lecoq Museum had the pleasure to inaugurate its new space dedicated to paleontology. This space of scientific mediation approaches several topics: the diversity of the living, the evolutionary principles and the history of the Life and the Earth. A focus is made on the ancient basin of Bourbon-l'Archambault, the evolution of birds and the paleontological history of Limagne. A space which wants to be educational, with workshops and animations, including playful, which will come to make live the place. It should be noted that in parallel, many activities will celebrate the 150th anniversary of the oldest museum in the Clermont-Ferrand metropolis. More information by clicking on this link.
