Between the church of Sainte-Anne and the spa district, the Papillons patisserie took off two years ago, thanks to Léa Broquet. Trained at the Lycée Hôtelier in Chamalières, she worked in the kitchens of top restaurants before creating her own gourmet cocoon. From her contemporary boutique, you can see the workshop in full swing. It's here that her refined creations are born, a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Between the delicately tart lemon tart and the melt-in-your-mouth chestnut moelleux, our heart sways: how to choose?
