Between the church of Sainte-Anne and the spa district, the Papillons patisserie took off two years ago, thanks to Léa Broquet. Trained at the Lycée Hôtelier in Chamalières, she worked in the kitchens of top restaurants before creating her own gourmet cocoon. Une pâtissière de talent ! J'ai commandé une tarte au citron et une pavlova et les deux étaient excellentes, sans trop de sucre, juste ce qu'il faut. Un délice !

Près de l église dans le haut de Châtel-Guyon une pâtisserie digne de ce nom ! Allez y c'est un régal. La prochaine fois je déguste les chocolats ????
