The tourist office gathers all the documentation and good tips to prepare your discovery of the spa town and its surroundings: thermal baths, heritage, hikes and other local curiosities, guided tours, group activities, details of events, cultural agenda... Together with the Riom and Volvic offices, it forms the Terra Volcana tourist area. Each office has its specificities. The one in Châtel-Guyon, it's the thermalism, obviously.

L'office de tourisme de Châtel Guyon est situé près de la gare, mais un peu loin des bâtiments à voir, ce qui est un peu dommage. En plus, il n'est pas ouvert très souvent, mais sinon à l'intérieur, on retrouve les brochures nécessaires pour visiter la ville et ses alentours.
