From the omnibus terminal in Puerto Iguazú, the Rio Uruguay buses leave every 20 minutes and drop you off in front of the entrance to the Iguazú National Park (about a 30 minute ride for about 17 km). The bus makes several stops in the main streets of the city (Avenue Córdoba and Avenue Aguirre in particular), ask your hotel where the nearest stop is. But be careful, sometimes it's full! You pay the driver when you get on or you buy your ticket at the station. Air conditioned. Departures from 7h30, return until 18h.

TREN ECOLÓGICO DE LA SELVA

Getting around by metro

This little train is used to do somersaults in the park. Its complete journey takes 25 minutes. Ideally, it is best to walk 15 min from the entrance of the park to the central station, as the first train that goes there is not coordinated with the one that goes to the Garganta del Diablo. Departure every 30 min, last departure for the Garganta del Diablo at 16:10. Do not attempt to walk to the Garganta, the way is long and monotonous; it is better to spend time on the upper and lower circuits.
