A very pleasant gîte in the heart of the Roche-Plate islet. The dormitories are a little cramped, but the welcome is warm and the food tasty. The breakfast is copious. There are two six-person dormitories and one double room. Table soccer is available outside to keep you busy at the end of the day. The most relaxing thing here is contemplation, with a superb view of the ramparts surrounding the cirque. At sunrise, the light gradually bathes the mountains. A magical moment. The Mahafaty-Be is a good address in Mafate.

Petit bar sympa pour déguster une dodo avec une vue splendide sur Mafate.
L’hôte John est adorable, sympathique, au petit soin ! Il est également disponible pour échanger.
Le repas est très copieux et délicieux ! Le petit déjeuner est servi avec une vraie baguette ! Bref, un séjour au top !
John, le propriétaire, est un passionné qui adore partager son histoire et celle du cirque. L’accueil est super, l’ambiance conviviale, et la simplicité du lieu en fait tout le charme. Après une bonne rando, c’est l’endroit parfait pour se poser, bien manger et profiter du moment.
Bref, un gîte avec une âme, à tester absolument si vous aimez l’authenticité ! 5 Étoiles ⭐️
