Hotel offering a dinner cooked on a wood fire with products from the biodynamic garden.
The two dormitories of 4 places with small varangue are pleasant. The common sanitary facilities are very clean and well arranged, but towels are not provided. Dinner is cooked over a wood fire, with products from the biodynamic vegetable garden and the greenhouse in aquapony, where tilapias are raised in symbiosis with the production of vegetables. Homemade bread in traditional oven. An alembic still is used to produce essential oils. Training courses in aquaponics and biodynamic beekeeping are offered. Visits to the farm are also open to all.

Nous avons été accueilli dans un jardin fleuri, très bien entretenu, avec une petite surprise subliment la vue dégagée sur le cirque.
Le gîte est très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
Les literies sont confortables, la salle de bain est spacieuse et propre, avec de l’eau chaude.
Une table de jardin permet de manger dehors, et il y a également une salle à manger en intérieur chauffée.
Notre hôte était aux petits soins et arrangeante pour nous, avec discrétion.
Cerise sur la gâteau, le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner étaient copieux et succulents.
