Modern and comfortable lodging nested in front of the pretty small church of the îlet des Orangers.
Nestled opposite the pretty little church of îlet des Orangers, this modern and fairly comfortable gîte opened its doors in 2019. It comprises two spacious dormitories with 8 bunk beds, a dormitory with 4 single beds, a double room with private bathroom, and a triple family room with private bathroom and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. The welcome is very warm, the facilities are top-quality and the food is particularly good. As an added bonus, the view of the Maïdo in the early hours of the morning is magical! A great address.

Il est vraiment intéressant de comprendre leur vie quotidienne surtout dans un cirque comme Mafate.
L’ arrivée sur l'îlet est très agréable, plongé en plein Cirque de Mafate. Nous nous sommes rendu au gîte à partir de 15h, accueilli par la propriétaire.
Un endroit très bien aménagé, les chambres sont spacieuses et propres ! Le dîner créole en commun est un vrai moment convivial, accompagné de Mme Atache qui fait part des histoires de sa famille et de Mafate.
Le rapport qualité/prix vaut largement le coup ! Je recommande à 100% !
Mention spéciale pour la fille de Mme Atache et ses beaux teeshirt, bon voyage ????
