Thierry Vacher built his reputation with his famous and tasty Fanette, an old-fashioned sourdough baguette named after his great-grandmother and with a patented recipe. Even with a second bakery, the Chamalières store remains as busy as ever. We love the bread, pastries, viennoiseries and fresh sandwiches. Epiphany is one of our flagship events. The galette, with its gray almond frangipane, is certainly one of the best in the conurbation. Prices are a little above average, but the quality is there.

Tout ce que j'ai goûté est très bon et frais.
Sandwich saumon/avocat parfait, léger et frais.
Les bugnes sont excellentes et idem pour les pains au chocolat et croissants.

A éviter Par contre si vous avez une boulangerie Riberette prés de chez vous allez-y : pain excellent, prix normal et conservation ++++
Le pain m as duré 3jour sans sécher que du bonheur aujourd'hui c'est assez rare, j ai prix un gâteau au fruit rouge un pur délice nous nous sommes régaler. D habitude je suis écoeurée la rien du tt en bouche les saveurs était au rendez vous .
La quiche au légumes pour le prix mérite d'être revisitée.
Et les vendeuses était tout sourire et agréable.
