Parma is the first pizzeria opened in this part of Europe in 1973. Students in the 1970s remember their youth in this legendary place, which has become almost cult today. The authentic ovens are from this period (repaired, of course), which makes its charm. And the 40 different kinds of pizza have kept a taste of the past: they are thicker, tastier. You will appreciate the quality of the raw products - hams, cheeses but also arugula - which stand out from other pizzerias.

V znani Parmi sva s prijateljico naročili solato cesar. Na debele kose narezana solata, trdi kosi piščanca, neokusno. Zunanji ambijent pod stopnicami umazano po tleh, smeti, mize umazane. Da te mine apetit. Edino natakar je bil prijazen.

I went here because they student vouchers and because I heard that this is the oldest pizzeria in Ljubljana and I wanted to try. Pizza was okay (not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but it was okay), just big enough for one person. Someone said in reviews that you need to try blueberry juice, it’s nothing special, I also think that’s made from syrup. It’s nice historical place. Staff was kind.

Pice so bolj majhe, a se naješ, saj je testo bolj debelo. Včasih je sir, ki ga uporabljajo, premasten.
Ambient je malo nostalgičen.
Mize pa že 2 x niso bile najbolj čiste.
