It's a no-frills, open-air complex of a dozen restaurants all preparing pretty much the same thing, namely grilled chicken. If you want to try the local specialty,inasal (chicken marinated with vinegar, soy sauce and ginger and grilled on the barbecue), this is definitely the place to come. For the more adventurous, you can also try the liver, intestine and heart of chicken... Don't be surprised, there is no cutlery distributed here to encourage eating the Kamayan way.

At MuShu, the gustatory possibilities are vast, with Asian flavors blending with each other and with Western cuisines to produce a highly original and, above all, delicious result. Try the Hong Kong noodle soup, or MuShu ramen, a ramen specially revisited by the chef, pritong lechon (a roasted and fried pig wrapped in a brick leaf) or Thai specialties. There are also a few vegetarian options. It's a pleasant and very good restaurant, with efficient service.
