It's a no-frills, open-air complex of a dozen restaurants all preparing pretty much the same thing, namely grilled chicken. If you want to try the local specialty,inasal (chicken marinated with vinegar, soy sauce and ginger and grilled on the barbecue), this is definitely the place to come. For the more adventurous, you can also try the liver, intestine and heart of chicken... Don't be surprised, there is no cutlery distributed here to encourage eating the Kamayan way.
