Gothic Revival church on top of the seminary's green hill, inspired by Notre-Dame-de-Paris
Set on a small green hill, this neo-Gothic church is said to have been inspired by Notre-Dame-de-Paris. Nearby, you can visit the Museum of Sacred Art. The Conceição Seminary is located in Cuiabá. It was one of the first to be built in the city, in the 18th century. The present neo-Gothic building dates from 1918 and was erected under the government of Dom Francisco de Aquino Correia. Not a very safe place at night, so avoid.
