TAPIOCA PRAIEIRA

In Pipa, as in all the cities of the Nordeste, the stalls of tapioca sellers are everywhere. This traditional dish, originally a hearty snack for the poor workers of the Nordeste who toiled in the sugar cane fields, has acquired its letters of nobility. The tapioqueiras serve these dishes with elegance in the tapioca praieira. The typical tapiocas gain original fillings in this house. Shrimp, lobster, herbs and cheese are part of the composition of the fifteen flavors offered.
