BIRUTA BAR

The tables are installed on a wooden terrace, with a view on the sea. A rather romantic place, it is certainly the best beach bar. Located on the seafront of Pina beach, south of Recife, Biruta Bar has a decor largely inspired by the sea. The rich and interesting menu is renewed every year. One of the dishes for which Biruta Bar is famous is the "matuto" shrimp, served in a clay bowl with white sauce and coalho cheese gratin, all accompanied by rice. Try the coconut siri-mole.
