Read moreThe Fédération des Malades et des Handicapés (FMH) is an association based in Aubière. Its aim is to promote the social inclusion and autonomy of people with illnesses or disabilities. The association was founded in 1958 under the name Fédération Nationale des Malades Infirmes et Paralysés (FNMIP), then changed its name to Fédération des Malades et Handicapés (FMH) in 1992. It has local sections in the Puy-de-Dôme region, including Cournon, Gerzat, Issoire, Thiers and Vichy. FMH works in partnership with the City of Aubière, the City of Clermont-Ferrand, the Puy-de-Dôme Departmental Council, the Puy-de-Dôme Health Insurance and the Mutualité Sociale Agricole Auvergne. The association is organized around a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee, volunteers, members and beneficiaries. The Bureau implements the decisions of the Board of Directors and handles day-to-day business.

IFMA

The school trains engineers who design and build industrial equipment in mechanical engineering and production engineering. Three training poles are organized: MMS - machines, mechanics and systems -, PST - products and structures -, SPA - automated production systems. Holders of a DEUG or a specific license can take the entrance exam. Note the architecture of the school's building.
