Two public beaches, 3 and 4 km north of the center, with natural pools that attract bathers at low tide
Porto Seguro, 3 and 4 km north of the center, offers two beaches to the public. Itacimirim is a fairly long beach, a continuation of Curuípe beach. Both have a dark strip of sand, often filled with food stalls in high season. To the sound of different musical rhythms, they serve typical dishes of the region. In the low season, these are very quiet beaches. At low tide, the natural pools attract bathers.
