CHEZ MAX
As you enter Max's, the organized ballet of pizzaiolos is unmistakable: this is an Italian restaurant. The pleasure is in the food, but also in the view. You want to see the blue waves from a magnificent vantage point. Baked over a wood fire, the pizzas are a real success and, as in France, you can order half-and-half. The dough is unmistakable. The chef is Neapolitan. For moderate appetites, the medium pizza is more than sufficient. The pasta on offer is not to be outdone. Excellent matriciana and putanesca.
