In the paradisiacal setting of the Pousada Passargada, Bossa Nova Bistrô has risen to the challenge of living up to the surroundings. The emphasis is on excellent Bahian cuisine, but the menu also features classic and signature dishes. Land (grilled meat), sea (seafood and fish, ceviche), salad, pasta, snacks - the dishes are well thought-out and reasonably priced. On the beautiful terrace, you can enjoy afternoon tea or an aperitif while admiring the Pôr do Sol. One of the best restaurants on the island.
