In the romantic hotel "Casablanca Imperial", the Casablanca Bistro is a refined and tasteful restaurant. The place itself is well worth a visit. The 60 seats are harmoniously distributed in a room with a wooden atmosphere, where a fireplace is enthroned and candles are lit in the evening. There is a fairly strong French influence in the dishes (although the menu does mention "a slight French accent"). The cuisine is "pure", simple, with noble foods, as in the Casablanca Imperial Hotel.

These are now two neighbouring establishments, the Massas and the Pizzas. Since 1979, the Luigi family has been offering good Italian cuisine in its restaurants. The Luigi Massas, located in a beautiful building, offers delicious homemade pasta. There is an extensive buffet with all kinds of salads (also quiches and cheeses). Pasta lovers will be delighted. The atmosphere is more modern in the adjoining Luigi Pizzas restaurant. On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings, pizza rodizio. On the 29th of each month, the gnocchi of fortune are offered.

We enter the den of carnivores and honour the gaucha tradition of noble meat. The Majorica Churrascaria is a sure bet, still in its infancy in 1960, when the waiters in the establishment were still young, almost all of them with greying hair. T-Bone steak Angus and chorizo steak are some of the flagship dishes of this noble house. A timeless place, deliciously old-fashioned, you feel at ease and the meat is excellent. Each dish can feed two people without any problem. Recommended.
