A multitude of boats of all sizes at the end of dos Anjos beach, offering superb sea excursions
As in Paraty or Buzios, it is possible to enjoy the pleasures of the sea by spending some time basking in the gentle waves on a boat. From the port, located at the end of the dos Anjos beach, a multitude of boats of all sizes organise superb sea trips. You can join a group or sail as a couple (it's no more expensive no matter what they say, we've had the experience). This is the great attraction of Arraial do Cabo and for good reason, the beaches are simply magnificent! White sand, clear and turquoise waters... happiness! Possibility to rent masks and snorkels in the boats for snorkeling (R$ 20). The boats also offer drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks (extra charge). All the boats do the same circuit, but some are prettier than others. Do not hesitate to visit several agencies in the city before making your choice.
Leaving the port, you will sail along the cape, until the first dive on the paradisiacal beach of Prainhas, then it will be the steep cliffs and the spectacular Gruta Azul (Blue Cave), by its height (a whole boat can enter) and by the colour of the water. On the way back, a short break on the beautiful white sand beach of Farol.
Route: Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia, Pedra do Gorila, Gruta Azul, Golfinhos, Fente de Nossa Senhora, Praia do Farol, Praia da Ilha do Farol, and finally a small dive in the cove of Praia do Forno.
