To find small restaurants that are affordable and still provide good value for money, you sometimes have to go outside the historic center. Varando is located outside the old town on Paraty's main street. This popular churrascaria is a good place to eat grilled meat with fat fries and cold beer. The kebabs are good and varied, but you have to order a lot to be satisfied, not recommended for big appetites! Music ao vivo. Pleasant service.
