Close to the historical centre, the tourist agency Ecoturismo Paraty provides maps and information to visit the surroundings. Friendly welcome, sometimes in French, because there are many of us in Paraty! Like all tourism companies, Ecoturismo offers all the classic tours you can find in Paraty. La personne qui nous a renseignés parlais anglais, ce qui est un bon point. En revanche elle n'avait pas beaucoup d'informations à nous fournir, dommage!

Un centre historique, pavé, très bien entretenu, dans lequel les voitures sont bannies, qui donne l'impression d'une ville hors du temps. Des rues anciennes aux murs blancs, colorées par les portes et les bords des fenêtres multicolores, remplies de galeries et de boutiques bien achalandées.
Y penser si l'on souhaite dormir dans un hôtel, faudra porter les bagages !!
