If Torralbenc is the first (and only) hotel on the island to be located in the heart of a wine estate, and it boasts an excellent restaurant, you should know that you can also take part in guided tours of the vineyards and cellars! Claude Geyer, a passionate French sommelier, will take you on a tour of the secrets behind the vinification of Torralbenc wines. The tour concludes with a tasting accompanied by local cheeses and charcuterie. Tested and approved!

Ce fut une très bonne expérience, même si nous avons manqué la visite de la cave pendant la dégustation, qui pour le prix de 35€ je pensais était incluse...nous sommes de Ribera de Duero et je n'avais jamais manqué la visite.
Cependant, la dégustation était très bonne et le nuage (je l'épelle probablement mal) était super sympathique. Très bon.
