Finca Subaida is one of the most renowned farms producing the famous Queso Mahón-Menorca, and also offers guided tours of its facilities. Open to adults and children alike, the tour provides a better understanding of how cheese is made, following the process from farm to table! The tour begins with a visit to the barn and its animals, followed by a demonstration of cheese production, and ends with an appetizing tasting of farm products: Mahón cheeses, jam, sobrassada and wine!

Miquel était très sympathique et serviable.
La dégustation de fromages était très abondante.

La visite a été faite par miky et le gars s'est donné à fond, c'était instructif et divertissant, il savait de quoi il parlait et transmettait les valeurs de la maison.
Nous sommes rentrés à Majorque avec une valise pleine de fromages et de charcuteries de la maison, le produit était un 10 et la visite très instructive.
