Finca Subaida is one of the most renowned farms producing the famous Queso Mahón-Menorca, and also offers guided tours of its facilities. Open to adults and children alike, the tour provides a better understanding of how cheese is made, following the process from farm to table! The tour begins with a visit to the barn and its animals, followed by a demonstration of cheese production, and ends with an appetizing tasting of farm products: Mahón cheeses, jam, sobrassada and wine!

Excellente visite, probablement la meilleure fromagerie de Subida. La visite guidée avec Miki était très amusante et les assiettes de dégustation étaient nombreuses, le tout pour 12€. recommandé à 109% !

La visite de la ferme est possible en libre accès pour voir les animaux. Nous avons eu une dégustation gratuite avec l'agence de location voiture. Fromage et vin rouge très bon !

Hem vengut per passar uns dies a Menorca amb uns amics i vam decidir fer la visita. En Miquel ens va explicar tot el procés d'elaboració del formatge i vam poder veure els animals d'aprop i després fer un tast dels diferents formatges. Recomanaria l'experiència a qualsevol persona, independentment de la seva edat. L'explicació és interessant per a qualsevol jove o adult i veure els animals és molt emocionant també per als més petits. Vam disfrutar molt. Gràcies per fer la visita tan interessant i entretenguda, Miquel. Va ser un plaer!
