Séjour formidable à Rafal Rubi (vacances de Toussaint 2023). Tout était parfait : personnel extrêmement agréable et serviable, chambre parfaite, petit déjeuner délicieux....tout cela sans chichis, on se sent comme chez soi ! Nous recommandons à 100% et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

We had the great pleasure to spend a week at Rafal Rubi. We arrived in the evening and we were welcomed by the owner Charles and Damian. We immediately felt at home. Charles has renovated the Rafal Rubi property with a great eye to detail into an oasis of tranquility and luxury. We stayed in one of the double rooms of the Casa Payés. The room was spacious, had a good bed, a seperate bathroom with a nice shower and airconditioning. There was a central kitchen where you could get filtered water from the tab and a fridge with some drinks. The swimming pool is lovely and the sun beds around the pool all have parasols and are nice to read a book and relax.

The hospitality of the staff of Rafal Rubi is really special. Charles, Dianne, Sonia (don't know if this is the right spelling), Marta, Damian and the house cat Sacha. Everyone was so kind. We arrived by taxi and the next day Charles brought me to a car rental company to rent a car (thanks for that). The chats in the morning with Sonia and Marta were really enjoyable. Both of them were very helpful in giving information on what calas and restaurants to visit and other things to do on the island. Most staff members are Menorcan locals so the insider tips were great.

Not a day passed without a good laugh (Charles is a real entertainer and he really gives you the feeling that you are at home), enjoyed the company of the staff, and when having dinner at Rafal Rubi we can highly reccommend the Oliaigua soup, stuffed eggplant and the pomada by Damian. We are still not sure who won the "friendly" competition between the morning team (ladies) and the evening team (gents) :).

Unfortunatley also good things come to an end. One week in Rafal Rubi felt like two. Compliments to the whole team who makes a visit to Rafal Rubi such a great experience. We felt at home and will definitely come back. Keep up the good work.

Just spent a week here for the second time (first was in September 2021). One of my favourite hotels - the staff, rooms, facilities and food and drinks are all superb.

We spent a wonderful 4 nights at this beautiful finca. It's location is ideal for exploring the island which we did and thoroughly enjoyed and yet it also a beautiful place to relax and spend time at. We had a lovely quiet room in the main house and enjoyed the freedom to utilise the downstairs communal areas. Staff at Rafal are truly lovely people who go out of their way to ensure that they meet your needs and the owner Charles takes a genuine interest in you and in making sure that you have a wonderful holiday.
Rafal has a very relaxed vibe to it, a home from home experience and the fact there are tortoise of all sizes within the grounds made it particularly special for me !

We’ve just returned from a 10 day stay at Rafal Rubi.
We’ve loved our stay there and only wished we could have stayed longer.
The domain, the rooms and garden area are just a peaceful and calming environment where you instantly feel at home.
The staff truly goes out their way, casually and familiarly, to make sure you have everything you need and you have a great stay. They have plenty of suggestions at hand on where to go and what to do.
Make sure to try Agueda’s fidua as well, a real treat!

I couldn’t have expected a better experience in Menorca! Rafal Rubí is a historical place with aesthetic decoration and amazing fresh food from their garden.

In addition to all the natural beauty of the place, they also have the most attentive team. They are well-prepared, attentive to details, and ready to provide their guests with the best possible experience.

We have stayed in other places before, but this was by far the best time we had. We wish we had discovered it sooner! We are looking forward to coming back.

Nous avons passé une semaine vraiment sympa dans ce domaine où tout est fait avec goût . Accueil très agréable et chaleureux l’équipe est vraiment sympa ( mention spéciale à Marta et Diane ). Charles le proprio est tjrs la, disponible et souriant pour le conseil du jour, sans oublier Pedro qui tôt le matin bichonne le potager.
A recommander sans hésitation.

Seul bémol pour ce séjour à Minorque la restauration sur l’île est de mauvaise qualité et les prix exorbitants. Sinon l’île est vraiment très agréable

I can’t recommend this place enough. My husband and I stayed here for four nights in July. As long as you rent a car it’s easy and quick to get everywhere on the island, and all the roads are picturesque.

The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating your needs and providing great recs around the island. The food nearly all comes from their garden, making all meals fresh and tasty. The grounds are thoughtfully designed to maintain a rugged but comfortable oasis. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and have everything you need.

We hope to come back!

Agroturismo Rafal Rubi is nothing less than a rare gem of a hotel. Stylish, chic, yet the warmth and comfort of a trusted home. In the most relaxed setting we have ever experienced, you simply wouldn't believe you are 15 minutes from the airport and its main city Mahon. The renovation is simply beautiful in every way, for us our spacious double room, twin showers and private terrace area was our place of luxury. The design of the outside dining area and sun loungers in the garden and pool area have been concocted by a decor genius, who knows what it means to relax in paradise.
The staff are so friendly and ever helpful, you really get that personal touch with advice on where to travel, what beaches are the best to frequent and what restaurants you may wish to book.
Finally the food, oh my goodness, honestly its utterly delicious and so fresh (you would expect given that its grown in the farm) Couple that with a chilled glass of wine listening to nothing but the palm tree's moving in the wind, you will never want to leave.

Einfach rundum herrlich. Angefangen vom Empfang über das Team und die Anlage an sich. Der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein und wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Probieren Sie unbedingt die Massage. Sie werden es genießen. Lieber Charles, du hast mit deinem Team einen besonderen Ort geschaffen. Entspannung pur. ❤️????

Quel accueil ! Le personnel est aux petits soins et l’hôte vous reçoit avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attention.
La propriété est rénovée avec goût et s’avère être très agréable.
La table est délicieuse et les menus sont majoritairement composés de légumes frais provenant du magnifique jardin, délicieusement préparés par un personnel soucieux d’en révéler toutes les saveurs. La cave est a l’image de Charles l’hôte, généreuse et variée.
Bref une adresse que je recommande vivement.

Rafal Rubi is a slice of paradise in Menorca. We’ve stayed twice now and hope to return again and again.

The staff treat you like family, the grounds are stunning and peaceful, the rooms are clean and beautifully designed, and the pool area is a great place to relax and unwind. We really appreciated the little extras like daily beach recommendations based on wind, great restaurant suggestions, and beach umbrellas and towels.

It’s only 10 minutes from the airport which makes arrival and departure really easy (but you do not feel like you’re near the airport whatsoever). The location is convenient to many of the most beautiful places on the island but be sure to make time to enjoy the hotel, too!!

Had a wonderful stay at Rafal Rubi. The place itself is second to none. Very stylish, considered and comfortable. The bed and bedding were a joy to sleep in! Charles, the owner, was very warm and charming. Agueda is great fun! She knows everything (and I mean everything!) you need to know about Menorca. Martha gave us a great welcome and Sonia and Adrianna produced some amazing breakfasts and were good housekeepers. Damian and Nil did the afternoon and evening shift and we had a good Fideua last night. It was also a pleasure to walk and sit in the gardens. Lots of scented plants to enjoy. All managed by Pedro the gardener.

Great find for our first trip to Menorca. Location fairly central to the island making every trip a short one whether to cities, villages or the numerous beaches around.
This farm has recently opened and it shows : everything looks and feels new but beautifully done : the rooms have AC but cool at night, remarkable beds and all comforts. Our stay was faultless.
The team on site is most passionate and friendly : from cooks to waiters or housekeeping, all feels seamless with a real passion at heart. On our visit we were given countless tips and had help with booking restaurants… something we didn’t expect from a farm stay. The place remains relaxed with like minded guests wanting peace and quiet. The farm is also self sufficient in power and grows many of the food on offer which we loved.
What made it unique was the keen enthusiasm from its owners and the team to share their vision and passion. All made us love Menorca. A rare find and can’t wait to come back !

We've been fortunate to stay in some amazing hotels around the world, but without a doubt, Agroturismo Rafal Rubi is right up there with the best.
We spent 7 nights in this beautiful, small hotel and had a fantastic time.
Our room was in the main house, which is stunning, having recently been completely renovated. Our room was spacious, with efficient air-conditioning, a powerful shower and shutters and black-out curtains to ensure a good nights sleep on the super comfy bed.
The location and surroundings of the hotel are also amazing, with beautiful spacious and tranquil gardens and a lovely pool, with plenty of comfortable sun-loungers.
What really adds to the experience, are the staff, who were all such lovely, friendly people, that genuinely wanted to make our stay as perfect as it could be.
Breakfast was a well stocked and varied buffet, we also ate at the hotel on three evenings, which was also lovely, with delicious home-cooked Menorcan cuisine, with much of the produce coming from the hotel's own vegetable garden.
There are very few hotels that I would really want to revisit, but Rafal Rubi is an exception, we absolutely loved it!

Nous sommes venus quelques jours après notre mariage pour se retrouver au calme, et bien c’est plus que réussi, l’endroit est magique, très bien décoré, le parc est splendide et surtout, toute l’équipe est aux petits soins et même plus.

Aussitôt, l’ambiance du lieu vous accapare et l’accueil des hôtes vous ravi.

Treize chambres et suites disséminées dans la vaste propriété vous permettent de vivre à votre rythme sans jamais être dérangé par les autres convives.

De multiples terrasses et coins secrets facilitent l’isolement et vos envies sont comblées par un personnel aussi discret que gentil et serviable.

Les fourneaux derrière lesquels Sonia opère pour votre plus grand plaisir mettent en œuvre les produits de potagers ou il fait bon flâner.

Tout est fait ici pour faire de vous un grand d’Espagne le temps de votre séjour.
