If this restaurant seems so new, it's simply because it is! It's Alaior's latest opening in the restaurant category. It's a gastro-bar specializing in classic tapas, but also daring to propose a few more daring dishes. Chef Pau Sines, winner of the European Young Chef Award 2022, has put his stamp on the recipes. Prices are a little high, but the address stands out in the village's culinary landscape. Attractive light wood décor evokes the interior of a mountain chalet.
