FOSQUETS DE LITHICA

Fosquets de Lithica is the name of the musical evenings organized at Lithica, a monumental open-air stone quarry in western Menorca. Why Fosquets? In Menorcan, the word refers to the time of day between dog and wolf, when the sun sets. This is when symphonic concerts, recitals and solo performances are organized in the dreamlike, splendid setting of these ancient quarries. As the time of sunset changes from week to week, so do the concert times.
