Perfecto para un 34 aniversario muchas gracias por todo volveremos

En pleno centro histórico. Habitación amplia y bonita con techo abovedado, suelos y armarios de origen. Baño grande y buena ducha. Desayuno variado y con productos locales. Personal muy atento. Estancia muy muy agradable.

Nos ha encantado el hotel en todo sentidos sobre todo la amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal que nos han hecho sentir como reyes!

Can’t fault this place. We had a great time. Very helpful and friendly staff. Getting a cooler, beach towels and a sun brolly was a great help. Parking was easy nearby in the plaza. Breakfast was top notch!!

Our recent stay at Seranova Luxury Hotel was perfect. The place is lovely, very comfortable airy rooms and great little courtyard. The breakfast was delicious and interesting every day. The location was amazing and very handy to park on the main square. The staff were friendly and helpful, and provided us with towels, cooler with ice blocks and parasol to go to the beach. Couldn’t fault it - 10/10 and would definitely stay again.

Very nice, boutique hotel in the heart of Ciutadela.

Stayed in room 3 next to the pool which was perfect for us for getting in and out, although the room was a bit dark as had to close the blinds constantly as we were next to a communal area. This also meant generic hotel music was played all day. Room also a bit short of storage, pool is also a bit of a gimic, realistically its probably more of a water feature.

That been said will probably stay here again, and even request the same room.

Très mauvaise expérience.
Chambre en sous-sol. J’ai tout d’abord découvert que la chambre n’était pas très bien nettoyer. J’ai demandé un nettoyage supplémentaire.
Il s’est mis à pleuvoir très rapidement, et lorsque j’ai demandé à ouvrir les volets de cette chambre, il pleuvait à l’intérieur de la chambre. j’ai donc demandé à pouvoir changer, il n’y avait pas d’autres chambres avec lits jumeaux la réponse qui m’a été faite est qu’il n’était pas possible d’ouvrir les volets
. J’ai expliqué que je ne pouvais pas rester toute la journée dans le noir avec de l’eau à l’intérieur. J’ai donc décidé de quitter la chambre très rapidement.
Le montant de la chambre a été débité de mon compte. j’ai essayé de contacter le responsable de cet hôtel., je suis retournée le lendemain pour demander le remboursement. J’ai également envoyé un e-mail le remboursement a été refusé et on m’a expliqué qu’en raison de le météo Il était normal de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les volets.
Aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé.
Je dirais que cela relève d’une escroquerie Je déconseille absolument cet hôtel.

Ubicación fantástica, habitación muy amplia, bonita y confortable y el personal muy amable. Tienen en cuenta lo que saben sobre el cliente, ofreciendo así un trato personalizado y muy detallista. Muchas gracias.
Además, por fin un hotel que tiene en cuenta a las personas con pelo moldeado y tiene difusor en la habitación. Eso, el minibar con bebidas gratuitas al llegar, todo lo que pueden dejarte para ir a la playa (toallas, sombrilla, nevera), su fantástico desayuno, el trato en general, hacen de este hotel un lugar especial.

Lugar fantástico,con su propio encanto,la ubicación es perfecta para poder disfrutar al máximo,y no olvidarnos del personal que fue un encanto,muy recomendable.Sin duda alguna,VOLVEREMOS!!

Un hotel molt acollidor. L'esmorzar fantàstic n'hi ha carta i bufet. Més cèntric imposible. El personal molt amable i atent. Cent per cent recomanable

Beautiful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location by the Cathedral of Ciutadella. Be warned the bells go on every hour at nighttime too but I did get used to it on the second night. The whole hotel is super clean and the staff is warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nice, changing slightly every day and always including local products. No hot buffet but eggs, bacon, avocado was cooked on demand. They also arranged for a massage therapist to do a treatment in our room and it was superb
