A contemporary bistro in the heart of the old town, opened by the owners of S'Amarador, a well-known restaurant in the port of Cuitadella. The tapas from the sea (the house specialty!) have a Mediterranean flavour and are served in a warm, sober setting. Their star product is oysters, available in 5 different varieties selected for their freshness and quality. Try the red tuna tataki, ceviche (depending on the catch of the day) or the excellent bellota ham.
