Perhaps one of the most refined addresses in Inca. Joan Marc offers, in the elegant, urban and luminous setting of his restaurant, Mallorcan cuisine that is frank and tastefully presented (the dishes are rather elegant) without becoming too sophisticated. It is indeed the simplicity, the precision and the quality of the products that prevail here. Several tasting menus (5 or 8 courses) available in vegetarian version. Lovers will opt for the tapas and arroz (rice) menu of the week. A table that stands out in the landscape.
