Super schönes Boutique Hotel am Rand von Artà, direkt unterhalb der Burg.

Fabulous hotel in all respects….an amazing team of owners, chefs and all the staff who could not have been more generous with their time and enthusiasm! The charming garden on many levels, little pools and spaces to relax in all made for a great 3 night stay. The hammam was a lovely way to wind up the day before the MOST wonderful meals! Arta too has a lot to offer. We cannot recommend it highly enough. Photo from our room….

La habitación en la cuál estuve hospedada no podía tener mejor localización. Era una doble superior y se encontraba en medio de los jardines que forman parte de este hotel boutique. El lugar es realmente mágico, rodeado de naturaleza junto con el canto de los pájaros y el sonido que tiene el agua de la fuente situada en una pequeña piscina.

El hotel boutique cuenta con un pequeño restaurante, un pequeño gimnasio y numerosos lugares con sofás, sillones y hamacas para poder descansar o simplemente poder leer un libro o contemplar los jardines.

Lo que más eché en falta fueron algunas comodidades en la habitación como por ejemplo algún par de zapatillas para poder ir por ésta, algunos productos de baño como por ejemplo cepillo de dientes y/o pasta de dientes, cafetera para poder hacer algún café, etc. En conclusión, algunos detalles que podrían hacer la estancia más cómoda al ser un hotel boutique de ésta categoría.

My stay in the suite, what it is supose to be the best and most complete room, at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to several problems. First of all, I was unable to use the fireplace or order in-room dining, which are features for which these types of rooms are booked. Having these features and promoting them if you can't use them doesn't make sense. In addition some basic aspects as the heat, the hot water and whirlpool tub were not working properly, which again eliminates one of the differentiating features of this room and affected my comfort during my stay.

In addition, the garden of the suite was cluttered with junk, which did not make a good impression and affected the aesthetics of the place. But most frustrating was the service response. I did not receive any solution or adequate compensation for the inconveniences I experienced from the owner or general manager.

To make matters worse, I was charged the full price of the suite despite not receiving the full service to which I was entitled. This shows a lack of commitment on the part of the hotel to provide a satisfactory experience for its guests.

I hope the hotel will take note of these concerns and make the necessary improvements to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation. As a customer, I expected quality service and attention to my needs, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.

I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that the hotel will take steps to improve its services and provide a satisfactory experience for future guests.

Einfach ein ganz persönliches Hotel Restaurant war zum erstenmal heute da und muss sagen ich fühlte mich gleich sehr wohl. Das Essen war Ausgezeichnet die Menüvorschläge und der ganze Service ausgezeichnet ganz großes Lob an den Küchenchef Florian danke für den schönen Abend

Das Hotel Jardi ist eine Wohlfühloase im wunderschönen Städtchen Artà. Für mich ein magischer Ort mit unglaublicher Gastlichkeit. Abseits der Bettenburgen erfährt man hier, was gelebte Gastfreundschaft heißt. Als besonderes Highlight sticht auch die Küche hervor. Jenseits vom Mainstream wird hier von Florian und seinem Team eine kreative, phantasievolle und liebevolle Speisekarte gekocht.
Der Tag beginnt mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und einem am Tisch servierten Frühstück und abends kann man sich im kleinen, wunderschönen Restaurant komplett auf den Genuss konzentrieren.

Wir hatten eine exklusive Gruppe im Hotel eingebucht und alle waren begeistert von den Räumlichkeiten, dem fantastischen Service und dem tollen Essen. Jeder der Gruppe würde das Hotel unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Ich muss sagen, das Essen, das ich hier genießen durfte, war mit Abstand das Beste, was ich in meinem Leben gegessen habe, und das ist keine Übertreibung. Diese kulinarische Erfahrung war einfach außergewöhnlich.

Eine absolute Empfehlung in Artá! Wir waren 5 Tage im Hotel und hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und der Service war immer aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen.

Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet, makellos sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und eine absolute Oase zum Entspannen.

Das Highlight ist das hoteleigene Restaurant. Wer ein kulinarisches Erlebnis in der Artá möchte, kommt ins Jardi :)
Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Ein unglaublich schönes Hotel mit einzigartigem Ambiente!
Entspannung pur mit tollem Service. Die Mitarbeitenden sind zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Restaurant mit Speisen und Getränken wundervoll. Besonders das Frühstück der Wahnsinn.

Wir kommen wieder - absolute Empfehlung!

Waren dort zum Essen. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis welches man nicht vergessen wird. Der selbstgemachte Limocello ist nur zu empfehlen.

Nur im Essbereich kann es durch die stehende Luft bei hohen Temperaturen etwas anstrengend werden.
